6:50 AM – 7:00 AM | 🥣 The Pre-Show Prep
Our team arrives early to prep a pristine playground. We fill fresh water bowls, arrange cosy orthopedic beds, check safety pens, and sanitise the entire environment so everything is completely flawless before our first guests arrive.

7:00 AM – 8:30 AM | 🎒 The Morning Welcome Rush
The doors open and the excitement begins! We greet our pack families, log critical updates (medications, dietary needs, or special behavior notes), and seamlessly transition your pup into their tailored social group.

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM | 🌳 Morning Park Expeditions
Once the morning rush settles, the adventures begin. Part of our team heads out for structured walks through nearby Fleming Park, while our indoor pack leaders run agility tracking, confidence building, and enrichment games.
While Fleming Park is an official off-leash park, our policy is safety-first. We never allow our dogs off-leash unless we are 100% confident in their recall and the owner has provided explicit written permission. To make park time an absolute blast, we bring a massive stash of balls, frisbees, tug-ropes, and extra-cosy toys so your pup feels right at home, playing exactly the way they do with you.

10:00 AM – 11:00 AM | 🧼 The Mid-Morning Reset
Time for a lightning-fast facility refresh. We pack away agility gear, refresh water bowls, sweep play pens, spot-clean messes, and deep-disinfect our concrete surfaces to keep the space smelling completely pristine all day long.

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM | 🤝 Continuous Care & Shift Change
Our morning team handovers to our afternoon specialists. Even during team lunch breaks, your dog is never left alone—non-stop supervision, play, and affection are maintained around the clock.

12:00 PM – 2:00 PM | 🎬 Action & Premium Content
The afternoon brings a fresh wave of activity. We continue our local park walks, monitor active social playgroups, and capture high-quality videos for The Daily Digs page so you can watch your pup's day unfold live.

2:00 PM – 3:00 PM | 🛁 The Luxury Glow-Up
Bath time begins! Pups booked in for washes are treated to a professional shampoo, complete brush-out, and thorough blow-dry so they return to your car smelling clean and looking premium.

3:00 PM – 4:00 PM | 💤 The Blissful Nap Time
After a massive day of exploring and socialising, it's time to rest. The lights are dimmed, a movie goes on, and the daycare becomes a peaceful sanctuary where the pack winds down on premium bedding.

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM | 👋 The Reunion Rush
The pickup window opens. We reunite excited dogs with their families and provide full, transparent updates on how your dog played, socialised, and conquered their day.

6:00 PM – 6:30 PM | 🧽 Closing Deep Sanitation
While our final guests head home, our team deep-cleans for tomorrow. We mop play floors, scrub and sanitise water bowls, wash bedding, and perform a complete facility sanitation. By closing, we've walked, cleaned, supervised, and made sure every single dog had the best day possible.
Then tomorrow, we do it all again. 🦴
